TyreClick already has an integration with Stripe.
This has now been updated to include the add-on payment integration of Klarna for a deferred payment option to customers
Klarna can be enabled with or without Stripe card payment
A stock banner can be added to tyres that are eligible for Klarna - these are managed by the Klipboard support team
Services can now be configured for UpSell in the customers basket, this will display to the customer highlighted with the benefits of the outlined.
The Silkmoth support team will need to setup the services that are allowed for UpSell across TyreClick, The following can be setup:
Configure the service to allow for UpSell
Add the UpSell content, this will be used for all websites
In the Fitting Centre admin dealers can choose to:
UpSell this service at the basket with a simple check box
Apply a discount code for the customer to use
As there are now quite a few services setup within TyreClick, changes have been made to display the more than one service Call-to-Action button on a service page. For example the Wheel Alignment page can now display the CTA for 2 Wheel Alignment, 4 Wheel Alignment and Alignment Check.
The Silkmoth support will need to configure the services so that they are linked correctly.
There are some services that require charging for on a per wheel/tyre basis e.g. Nitrogen Inflation, wheel balancing, tyre repair and locking wheel nut removal etc
In the Silkmoth admin if a service is configured on a per wheel/tyre basis (this already existed) a dropdown has now been added to the website where applicable so that customers can choose the quantity required.
Some dealers have requested the option for multiple mobile numbers to send orders to.
This has now been added to the Silkmoth, Supervisor and Fitting centre admins (Account Settings)
On the brand/tyre pattern pages, when a tyre was out of stock the price was still being displayed which caused a few issues for dealers when customers wanted the tyres at the price displayed.
Changes have been made to remove the prices as follows:
Brand pages: Remove any pattern of tyre that the dealer does not have in stock
Tyre Pattern page remove the price of the Tyre if none in stock for the pattern
Tyre Detail page: remove the price of tyre if it is not stock
On TyreClick currently customers can use the service request form to request a quote. The options for the services were hardcoded on to the page and displayed the same for all dealer websites which caused problems for those that didn't offer the services in the list.
Changes have now been made to accommodate a more flexible form based on the services that a dealer offers:
As a default setting any service that a dealer has selected in the admin as 'Displayed in Menu' will show as an option on the form.
The form can be customised from the Fitting Centre Admin allowing dealers to choose the services they want to display and also if required add in their own custom services for customers to select on the form
Classic Tyres were part of the Tyres Menu and were not visible enough on the websites. This has now been added as a top-level menu Item to make it easier for customers to find
Supervisors can now update the hero configurations for car tyres and bike tyres,
Small changes have been made to the dealer dashboard:
Add in the date that the pricing mark-ups were last changed - this allows Account Managers to identify if a change in prices has positively/negatively affected website performance.
Trading name and Distributor account number added to the top of the dashboard for printing
The basket has been updated with the following:
A new dropdown has been added to the basket where the customer can select where they heard about the dealer.
Basket banner: Admins and Fitting Centre users can now upload banners to display in the basket. e.g. a dealer might want to advertise that they take payment online with Klarna. Stock banners can be uploaded by the support team for dealers to select or they can upload their own if preferred.
There was an issue with emails for campaigns where images were getting added but were not displaying to customers when the email was sent out.
This was a configuration issue with how the content editor handled the images and has now been fixed
